So I originally purchased 5 personal training sessions. 2 for my dad and 3 for my mom. My mom told me, when she was in CA taking care of my sister and she wasn't sure when she would be back in MI, that I could use the three that were hers to train, especially because now, at almost 27, my super fast metabolism is slowing down. So far, I've done two personal training sessions with her, and worked out the rest of the week on my own doing the workout that she made for me.
I realize that after I work out, I'm super hungry all the time, which is bad because I don't have a variety of healthy foods with me and I eat out way too much.
I realize that not only is eating out bad for your wallet, it's bad for your waistline. As well as soda....and sitting a lot because of the nature of my job....so working out has actually been really nice this past week.
I've had to get up by 5:20 to make it to the gym by 6 so that I could workout before heading off to work because after work, a switch goes off that makes me really not want to leave the house...
So far so good. Hoping that over the course of the next month or so I can loose some of the belly fat that I've slowly been accumulating.

Yeah so I did my three sessions with M.K. and dutifully worked out at the gym for the first two weeks. After my third and final session, I haven't been back to the gym since and I've gained 1lb. since then.
